Are my checks verified?
All checks are automatically entered into national check writer databases for negative information We verify that the account is open and that it does not currently have any NSF's against it. We do offer add-on services for e-verify and live-verify. Additional fees would apply for those services ranging from 30 cents to 2 dollars per.
How long will it take for the check to land in my account?
We are one of a kind in that we offer same or next day deposit to most banks. All checks received before 10am (Eastern Time Zone) Monday through Friday are processed same day. All checks received after 10am EST are processed the next banking day. Friday after 10am EST will be processed with the Monday morning batch, which is considered Monday before 10am EST. If your bank is one of the few that do not offer this service then the average time from receipt of information to the actual deposit showing on your account is 1-5 banking days.
Are checks by phone legal?
The answer is yes. Virtually all large companies offer their customers the convenience of paying by check by phone. We use our state of the art technology to ensure that almost every type of business is capable of taking checks by phone or online. Our system has you put in the customers email so that the customer is notified of the transaction by email for free, which helps you meet your obligations. If you wish to have us mail this notice for you there is a charge.
Is mine and my customer's information secure?
We use state of the art technology and encryption to ensure that both your information and your cusotmers information is totally safe and secure. We use every precaution to ensure data security and integrity.
Are there any business types which cannot use check by phone?
All businesses which possess a valid U.S. checking account and are operationg a legal business can use our check by phone program. No matter whether you are a U.S. Corporation or operating anywhere in the world with a U.S. Corporation and a U.S. business checking account you can take U.S. checks by phone. What information do I need to apply for checks by phone?
You will need your corporation federal ID number, the info on your U.S. business checking account, and if privately held the driver's license or passport of the owner. You will be asked to e-mail or upload the copy of the driver's license during the application process. If you have any trouble with the application process please let us know.
How long does it take to get set-up and begin processing?
If you complete the application and provide the information listed above normal set-up time is about one day.
How do I process the checks once approved?
Once approved you will be given a login and password with a link to our web terminal portal just for you. You can login and process U.S. checks from this web terminal from anywhere you can access a web browser with internet access. This means from PC's, iPads, Etc. Ask about our app once approved to process on your Apple device.
Do you offer Billpay?
Yes! billpay is an add-on service you can utilize or not. The charge for Billpay is $2.00. Call a representative to discuss.
When do you require a refundable deposit?
A refundable deposit of (typically $150.00) may be required for some clients based on the business review or time in business. If you have any questions about pricing or have increased your processing volume and need to discuss discounts let us know. We pride ourselves on having clear pricing.
